The CCO Forum is a group of professional Chief Compliance Officers from the global insurance and reinsurance industry that focuses on developing and promoting industry best practices in compliance.

MISSION STATEMENT

Connecting Compliance leaders in the Global Insurance industry to foster a community of thought leadership, knowledge sharing and continued enhancement of Compliance and Ethics standards.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Establish and promote leading practices and standards for Compliance and Ethics through innovation and information sharing, focussing on both traditional and emerging risks. 
  2. Build a global community that fosters trust, facilitates information sharing, and responds proactively to change in the compliance landscape. 
  3. Develop talent within the community through working groups, deep dives into key risk areas, and regular benchmarking to gain insights and improve leading practices. 

MEMBERSHIP

The forum is chaired by Anne Sonnen, the CCO of SunLife and vice chaired by Niall Grady, the Group CCO of FWD. The forum members are global CCOs of their organisations. This is the first time such a group has been formed with a truly global representation. This is the 9th year for the CCO Forum and we currently have 23 members.
